Prestige City Hyderabad

The Prestige City Hyderabad projected a sales potential of more than Rs 8,000 crore. Praveer Shrivastava, Senior VP of Residential at Prestige Group, said that the project, which spans 64 acres in Rajendranagar, will have 4,647 apartments, 119 luxury villas, and a retail mall. The overall investment for this endeavor is projected to be around Rs 5,000 crore, with inventory handovers slated for 2027. The combined development of flats and villas will cover 10.5 million square feet (msf), with residences comprising around 9.7 msf and the shopping mall spanning more than 1 lakh sq ft.
