Abstract
We mostly perceive cryptography as an intense software computation. But it has a large hardware play as well that's involved in it. So we will see how IBM's product System Z provides cryptographic services to the most critical banking applications in the world. We will see its infrastructure and how it has been exploited on some events. It mostly involves the study of hardware components and their cooperation.
