Announcing null Humla session “Windows Exploitation Basics". Like all null Bangalore Humla sessions, this is free but registration is compulsory. A group of participants will be selected based on the registrations since Humla is invite only and with prior registration and approval of the Humla champion. Here are the details:

Humla Description: This will be a completely hands on session on Windows Exploitation Basics. The following topics will be covered:

1.Brief theory and importance of creating an exploit.
2.Learning to write a simple fuzzer to crash the application.
3.Learning to control the EIP and other registers.
4.Learning to calculate the stack space available to place the shell code.
5.Building the exploit sandwich.
6.Learning to generate shellcode and building the working exploit.
7.Exploiting the windows and bringing the shell out of the box.

Note: Please make sure all the pre-requisites are up and running before the session starts. If you are facing any issues with setup, please try to come to the venue 30 mins before the session starts and get them fixed.

Pre-requisites:

1.Download and Install Oracle Virtual Box from the below link.

2.Download the Kali linux and install in Virtual Box from the below link

Registrations are not transferable. If you have been selected but are unable to attend, please inform the organizers. Your seat would be allotted to someone from the waiting list. Walk-in participants will not be allowed to attend this session.
