null Vijayawada Pre-null-meet 18 November 2023 null CTF RSVP

A pre-null meet is a chance for a new chapter to emerge. Conducted by an initial set of volunteers who usually also become Chapter Leaders for that chapter later. A pre-null meet is conducted just like a null monthly meet and after certain processes a new chapter is approved.
